2. Third-Party Fulfillment

Independent Operation:

Fulfillment Partners act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.

Responsibility:

The Company facilitates connections between Users and Fulfillment Partners but does not directly perform fulfillment services.

Liability:

The Company is not liable for delays, errors, or damages arising from third-party actions, omissions, or failures to perform.

3. User Obligations

Accurate Information:

Users must provide correct delivery details and payment information.

Compliance:

Users agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing transactions and deliveries.

Communication:

Any disputes or inquiries regarding fulfillment must be directed to the designated Fulfillment Partner.

4. Fulfillment Partner Standards

Quality Assurance:

Partners must maintain professional standards consistent with industry norms.

Data Handling:

Partners may access limited User data solely for fulfillment purposes and must comply with privacy laws.

Termination:

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate relationships with any Partner failing to meet performance or compliance requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for fulfillment-related issues is limited to the extent permitted by law. Users acknowledge that third-party fulfillment may involve risks outside the Company's control.

6. Dispute Resolution

You may not upload or distribute:

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the User Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This document, together with the User Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding fulfillment services.
